An introduction to GYROTONIC Fundamentals running every Sunday from 10 - 11 am, starting on March 9th. This 6-week series will be led by our newest instructor, Mariko Smithashima. Mariko brings an experienced eye, deep somatic empathy, and an extensive teaching practice to her work. She hopes to support clients to move with ease, efficiency, and joy.
Each week's class builds on the one before. As this is a class series, there are no refunds or credits for missed days.
