Paula Rivera comes to the Gyrotonic Expansion System from an extensive background in dance and fitness. Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Paula was first exposed to the Gyrotonic method as part of her early dance training, and later returned after a successful career as a professional ballet dancer performing in the US and internationally. A lifelong passionate interest in health, fitness and the mind body connection has motivated Paula to seek avenues that allow her to develop as an athlete and an artist from a healthful, grounded place. A passionate Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis instructor and Master Trainer, Paula is a co-founder and owner of Union Square GYROTONIC® located in New York City.

Christina Stroh is the owner and founder of Movement Center LA and a Specialized Master Trainer of the Gyrotonic Expansion System who co-created the GYROTONIC® Pre and Post Natal Application Course. She is also a STOTT PILATES® Trainer, dance coach, health coach, Reiki Practitioner, Trained Doula, a Birth Educator of The Bradly Method® of Natural Childbirth and Co-Directs LA Ballet’s Health & Wellness Program. Christina found her passion to teach at the very young age of nineteen. She has undergone years of extensive training, dedication and hard work to become the best movement educator in her field.
