GYROKINESIS® Class and Sound Bath Experience

Join us for this deeply relaxing and immersive experience of movement and sound featuring:

  • a 50-min restorative Gyrokinesis class with Elaine Shen

  • a sound bath featuring Maria Scherer Wilson on crystal singing bowls and cello for a deeply blissful and healing experience

 

Every participant will receive individualized healing attention.

Wear cozy clothing layers and bring a mat and blanket for an optimal experience.
