GYROTONER® Program 1 Course

Course and Registration Information
In this course, GYROTONIC® Trainers learn the GYROTONER® Format 1 sequences. Prerequisite: GYROTONIC® Level 1 Instructor Upon Successful Completion: Certificate of Completion, can teach GYROTONER exercises to clients. Maximum: 8 students Total Course Fees: $905, includes $275 Studio Fee and $630 Course Fee. Studio fee is due with registration. Course fee is due on first day of course. Discounts available for returning students and payment in full at time of registration. Jane (she/her) began studying and teaching the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods in 2001. She initially sought out the work to heal from dance related injuries while performing in NYC. Since then she has taught sessions and teacher training courses worldwide to people of all walks of life, ages, backgrounds, and healing goals. With training as a professional dancer, choreographer, improvisor, Craniosacral therapist, and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, she brings a wide knowledge base of experience and hands on approaches to each session. Jane aims to meet each person exactly where they are and trusts in the inherent wisdom of their body. This becomes the basis of the cooperative journey she embarks on with each student. As a Master Trainer, Jane is dedicated to continually learning more about the human body in movement. She has studied with Juliu Horvath the creator of the GYROTONIC® method and many other Master Trainers.
