Introduction to GYROTONIC Fundamentals

An introduction to GYROTONIC Fundamentals, every Sunday 10 - 11 am, March 9 - April 13, 2025. This 6-week series will be led by Mariko Smithashima. Mariko brings an experienced eye, deep somatic empathy, and an extensive teaching practice to her work. She hopes to support clients to move with ease, efficiency, and joy.
Each week's class builds on the one before. As this is a class series, there are no refunds or credits for missed days.
Drop-In Classes
Registration available up to 12 hrs prior to class. Classes with 2 or fewer registrants may be subject to cancellation.
