Most class and session passes are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Intro Session purchases are valid for 1 month.
*Autopay options automatically renew every 3 months or every 10 sessions, whichever comes first.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations with less than 24-hr notice will be charged in full.
Exceptions to our late cancellation policy may be made for illness or other emergencies.
Your Gyrotonic sessions might be HSA/FSA eligible.

Introductory Sessions
Introductory sessions are the best way to begin your practice of the Gyrotonic Method, whether you decide to continue with privates or wish to attend our group classes.
With these sessions, a Gyrotonic trainer will help you become acquainted with this unique movement system and use of the supportive Gyrotonic Pulley Tower equipment.
We highly recommend our 3-session Intro Package to more fully experience the benefits the Gyrotonic Method has to offer.
Standard Private & Semi-Private Sessions
Apprentice Instructor Sessions
Apprentice instructors are fully qualified to teach all Level 1 Gyrotonic exercises.
They are in the process of becoming fully licensed GYROTONIC instructors.
Owner Sessions
Sessions with studio owners, Leslie Hubbard or Elaine Shen. Please inquire for scheduling.
Group Classes
