Erica Badgeley

Erica Badgeley has been teaching Gyrotonic methods since 2010. She has absorbed a wealth of information from top Master Trainers in San Francisco, Seattle, Brussels, and Rome. Her teaching is additionally influenced by her dance, martial arts, and energy work training. Erica strives to integrate healthy primal movement patterns with modern-day medical knowledge, making it a priority to find the best moment modality for each individual. Erica is a professional dancer who has freelanced in Seattle, New York, Brussels, and Salzburg, and toured throughout Europe.
