A Pacific Northwest native, Jennifer became a certified GYROTONIC® Trainer in 2013. She trained extensively with Master Trainer Karen Mullen and has worked with Adrianna Thompson, and Uwe Herbstreit. Jennifer loves to help people feel and learn about their body and move with ease. Jennifer has two boys and is currently a youth ice hockey coach.
