Jamien Cvjetnicanin
GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Instructor
Jamien has taught the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® since 2004 and has a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from UW. Her teaching is informed by rehab science, several forms of mindful movement, fascial bodywork, and somatic education. She brings a deep kinesthetic empathy to clients, honed from her decades of movement studies and experiences of injuries as a professional ballet and modern dancer. Jamien loves to help people feel more at home in their bodies, whether their goal is to simply breathe more deeply or to leap across the stage!
