Elaine believes that freedom in movement is essential for a healthy, balanced life.

Erica Badgeley has been teaching Gyrotonic methods since 2010.

Hyesun graduated from the Korea National University of Arts, where she majored in ballet, and danced professionally with Universal Ballet in Seoul, Korea.

Jane (she/her) began studying and teaching the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods in 2001.

A Pacific Northwest native, Jennifer became a certified Gyrotonic Trainer in 2013.

Mari was introduced to the GYROTONIC method in 2017 while studying dance.

Mariko came to the Gyrotonic method in 2013 and quickly fell in love with its transformative properties.

Nick is very excited to be a part of the Seattle Changing Room community!

Leslie is a classically trained dancer and a Gyrotonic instructor by profession.

Fang Lo approaches the Gyrotonic Method through scientific and analytic perspective, supporting clients in developing coordinated, fluid, and efficient movement.

Jamien has taught the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® since 2004 and has a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from UW.

Jean found the Gyrotonic method in 2015 after searching for years for a movement practice that felt safe and liberating but also challenging enough to be strengthening.

Jessica found Gyrotonic through her passion for Argentine Tango.

Michele Curtis came from a dance and theatre background and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1994.

Miguele de Quadros-Sherry was a 10 year old ballet student when she was first introduced to the GYROTONIC® EXPANSION SYSTEM®.

Sharon holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and has experience working with diverse populations.
