Sharon Oh
GYROTONIC® Instructor
Sharon holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and has experience working with diverse populations. At UW Medical Center, she helped older adults restore mobility and regain independence in daily activities after illness or injury. She was drawn to the Gyrotonic method for its beautiful yet functional movement patterns, and has found it to be a natural extension of her therapeutic work. She believes Gyrotonic is a powerful modality for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and mind-body integration. Excited to guide clients toward greater movement freedom and well-being, she brings a mindful approach to support each client’s movement journey. Outside the studio, Sharon enjoys painting, interior decorating, and spoiling her two senior dogs.
